Anne-Marie Palmer,
LLB, FCIS
As a chartered secretary and governance professional Anne-Marie has over 20 years’ experience of advising and working with companies to develop, enhance and facilitate their corporate governance and deliver dependable company secretarial support.
She has worked with a range of clients from premium and AIM listed companies as well as private businesses. As a trusted adviser to chairs, board members and executive teams, she enjoys partnering with her clients to deliver professional pragmatic advice.
Prior to founding Red Bridge Advisory, Anne-Marie, a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, worked in-house as a company secretary as well as within consultancy firms managing a portfolio of clients. Having been directly involved with the challenges and questions governance professionals face daily, her established skills together with her deep technical understanding means she is able to adapt, identify solutions and deliver successfully.
